How to become a better gymnast, Mentally and pysichly

         Doing gymnastics is hard work. You have to be really dedicated, determinded and strong, confident, focused, and lots more. If you do this and focous alot let nothing destract you, you will become come a great gymnast even if you SUCK you will be improving because you are determined, and dedicated. If you really want to become a great gymnast, get on the team or preteam you will need to be gaining streangh, conditioning at home that means crunches, pushups, lunges, situps, what ever will make you strong. While you wait for your turn maybe or just at home visulize what you need to do or just imagine you doing a pullover or whatever you are working on. When you are home you should make a conditioning list condin alot weekdays and even more on weekends push yourself harder than you think you can go make extemely hard goals, but start off with conditioning lightly so you won't get really soar. Also when you are home make a list what you need to work on for example, 'Point toes on tuck jump, Beam' This will help you become a better gymnast. So when you walk in that door for class, recteam, preteam or even Team maybe a meet nationals or even the olympics you should beable to know what you need to do. When you go to a event try to remember what you need to do 'Higher back flip, Floor' you will be prepared. So if you really want to become a better gymnast, work EXTREMELY hard
