Just on Thursday I was having to do my floor ruetine with tumbling and so on my 2nd pass I felt like I was going to passout like um legs won't work so I held my breath and I rocked Just a tip.

Thanksgiving

I had a great thanksgiving! I saw all my cousins and I found out one of my hard cousin is getting softer never says sorry or thanks but said sorry friday or it was saturday!!!! I was WOW!

Uh... Dreams...

Dreams. Dreams can be some times SO annoying, I can't sleep get to sleep all I can think about is my dream My Big dream aka what I wana be when I grow up well me just an famous actress! Yea I know very rare But I can't get it out of my head! I've been bugging my mom to get me some community classes she hasen't lately not even once got on the computer Nada! But my family is letting me down my sister laughs at what I wana be my mom sortof laughs and says famoush VERY VERY VERY RARE one in a billion I'm hopeing still though its geting me down I'm still dreaming and dreaming my gymnastics carrer when I do gymnastics "ACTING ACTING ACTING" taunting voice in my head won't get out of it! Well Oh Well I'll just suffer but I'm still dreaming and heading toward my dream I'm trying to find some monolouges online and if you know where some are please comment to say PLEASE! I'm memorizing the nurse in the book romeo and juliet but still not realy doing any I'm going to make padges and all but not working I'm still trying but I'm just saying no matter what I'm still working still my dream so if youre dream is failing keep working towards it! I'll keep posting about whenever I hear how I'm doing about it or if I get a part or something well I'm gonna go. Oh and HAPPY THANKS GIVEING!! In a few days I mean its just the 23 omost the 26 well bye. Keep working toward your dream! Smile!

Today, lately and the last few months

               As you should know if you even read this which i doubt people would even bother, you know I do gymnastics. I've been sucking lately but today I rocked I focused and went hard got my determination back and now I rock 'I'm back in action'. So if you read my other post about gymnastics you would know what I've done to get where I am now. Now I'm a Sr.7, I have my layout, omost have my front stepout pass, Floor. I have ALOT on bars, I'm working on uprises and stratle cuts, Bars. I'm working roundoffs, backhandsprings, and I have my dismount pike, Beam. I'm working on geting my handspring better and I'm working on my full, Vault. About a months ago, I did a vault by myself on four no one standing close to the vault, and I had to move to 3 on vault, Vault. Well Blog ya Later BYL

How to become a better gymnast, Mentally and pysichly

         Doing gymnastics is hard work. You have to be really dedicated, determinded and strong, confident, focused, and lots more. If you do this and focous alot let nothing destract you, you will become come a great gymnast even if you SUCK you will be improving because you are determined, and dedicated. If you really want to become a great gymnast, get on the team or preteam you will need to be gaining streangh, conditioning at home that means crunches, pushups, lunges, situps, what ever will make you strong. While you wait for your turn maybe or just at home visulize what you need to do or just imagine you doing a pullover or whatever you are working on. When you are home you should make a conditioning list condin alot weekdays and even more on weekends push yourself harder than you think you can go make extemely hard goals, but start off with conditioning lightly so you won't get really soar. Also when you are home make a list what you need to work on for example, 'Point toes on tuck jump, Beam' This will help you become a better gymnast. So when you walk in that door for class, recteam, preteam or even Team maybe a meet nationals or even the olympics you should beable to know what you need to do. When you go to a event try to remember what you need to do 'Higher back flip, Floor' you will be prepared. So if you really want to become a better gymnast, work EXTREMELY hard
